Sarah has particular experience advising on secured and unsecured loans. She specialises in mortgage litigation and has extensive advocacy experience. Her experience also includes advising lending institutions on the appointment of receivers, insolvency arrangements and advising on banking codes and regulations. Sarah handles all aspects of debt recovery work from pre-legal recovery, escalating to litigation and, where necessary, judgment enforcement. Sarah delivers timely information and experienced advice throughout all stages of the recovery process, such that her clients can make the most informed decisions and experience an efficient recovery service.
Sarah has experience advising clients in the areas of residential conveyancing, landlord and tenant law, will drafting and enduring powers of attorney. Sarah has also advised clients on a wide range of employment law issues.
