Sion advises a wide range of clients in relation to all aspects of general litigation, both civil and commercial law. His practice deals mostly with contentious issues and his clients include individuals, companies as well as well-known charitable and religious organisations.
Sion also advises on commercial property, banking and transactional issues involving a wide range of clients including many of the leading lending institutions, public bodies, developers, companies and charitable organisations.
Sion represent clients in the District, Circuit and High Courts (including the Commercial Court) and would often appear as an advocate in these Courts. He also represents clients before Tribunals to include the Employment Appeals Tribunal and Professional Misconduct Tribunals.
He also has experience in acting for clients who have agreed to resolve their disputes by way of Arbitration as an alternative to proceedings being issued through the Court.
Sion also provides public houses and other licensed premises with a comprehensive service in relation to all aspects of licensing law.
