O’FLYNN EXHAMS Appoints Colm Manning as Partner to the firm

 

 

O’Flynn Exhams LLP has announced the appointment of Colm Manning as Corporate/M&A and Commercial Partner. Colm rejoins having previously worked for the Cork-based firm in 2014.

Colm specialises in advising company directors and shareholders on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance transactions, and commercial contracts. Colm also possesses deep expertise in structuring and implementing employee share and long-term incentive programmes having previously been head of that service offering in another top-tier Irish firm.

The Dublin native is a graduate of University College Dublin in Law, and New South Wales University, Sydney where he completed a Masters in Corporate and Commercial Law. Colm qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and has been based in Cork since 2014.
