O’Flynn Exhams LLP has announced the appointment of two associate solicitors who have joined its real estate and corporate departments.
Rachel Dukelow has been appointed as an associate in the real estate department. The West Cork native took part in O’Flynn Exhams’ internship programme in 2021, and was offered a place on the firm’s trainee programme when she graduated from University College Cork in 2022. She successfully completed the trainee programme and qualified as a solicitor this year. Rachel practices across a range of property and transactional areas including commercial and residential real estate, banking and finance as well as the property aspects of infrastructure projects.
Tamsin O’Callaghan joins O’Flynn Exhams as an associate in its corporate department. The University College Cork graduate has experience in advising clients on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters and has previous experience in conveyancing, insolvency and restructuring.
Shane Crossan, Managing Partner, O’Flynn Exhams, said:

Rachel’s journey from intern to trainee solicitor and now associate at O’Flynn Exhams is one we’re very proud of as our trainee programme continues to go from strength to strength. We also welcome Tamsin as a new addition to the firm. The appointment of Tamsin and Rachel enhances our growing teams and adds to the offering of our corporate and real estate departments.”
