OFX acts in respect of development of New Primary Healthcare Centre in Kildare

Micheál Ó’Mulláin recently led the O’Flynn Exhams team in respect of the acquisition, development and disposal of a new primary healthcare facility in Athy, Co. Kildare.

The project also involved negotiating agreements for occupational leases with HSE, TUSLA, a pharmacy operator and a GP practice.

The property was acquired by Primary Healthcare Properties, ICAV, who have contracted to provide development funding for the construction of the primary care centre which will be 3,975 square metres.

This is expected to be completed in early 2020 and involves an overall investment of €11.4 million.
