OFX welcomes two new solicitors to the team

We are delighted to announce two new solicitors to our team at OFX.

Elaine O’ Flynn has joined our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team with a particular focus on employment law matters. Elaine has experience representing and advising a range of clients and state bodies on various employment related matters including unfair dismissals, equality claims, working time claims, bullying and harassment claims, grievance and disciplinary processes and probationary dismissals. She regularly represents clients before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court and High Court.

Prior to joining OFX, Elaine trained and qualified with one of Ireland’s leading commercial law firms based in Dublin.

Congratulations are in order for Liam O’ Keeffe, who has recently qualified as a solicitor having completed his traineeship with OFX.

Liam joins the firm’s Corporate and Commercial department. He advises clients on a range of corporate transactions on both a national and international scale involving corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, shareholders agreements and partnership agreements.

Prior to joining OFX, Liam worked with a large Dublin-based accountancy firm, qualifying as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2016.

Speaking on their appointments, Shane Crossan, managing partner at OFX commented, “We are delighted to welcome Elaine and Liam to our exceptional team of solicitors at OFX and I know  they will both prove to be great assets to us.  It has become increasingly difficult to acquire talented solicitors and we are extremely lucky to have such bright young talent like Elaine and Liam joining our team.”
