EMPLOYEE DISMISSAL UPHELD BY WRC

William Hanly of O’Flynn Exhams recently acted successfully on behalf of a large disabilities service (the employer) in an action brought against them before the WRC by an employee.

 

The action related to the employee’s failure to disclose a conviction for assault to his employers and a dismissal arising from same.
